Product Description

Tin Processing Plant or Tin Mining Process, is a tin Beneficiation Plant that aiming to ungrading the tin content, and cassiterite ore is the main mineral for tin ore production, and the tin ore processing plant with gravity method has been thought as an effective and environmental protection solution, the generally tin ore processing flowchart consists of two units, first the tin ore needs to be crushing and ground to about 6 mesh, secondly to separate the impurities from the ore, to upgrade the tin content, and the main equipment list for tin processing plant are crusher, Ball Mill, Spiral Classifier, jig machine, shaking table, spiral chute, Mineral Thickener, Filter Press and Rotary Dryer, the mineral thickener is mainly used for water recycling and dehydration. Mingyuan can provide the complete tin ore mining process for different capacities, such as 15 t/h, 50 t/h, 50 t/h and so on. as the cassiterite is the main resource for tin production process, so the tin ore processing plant is mainly for the cassiterite processing plant.

Tin Processing Plant or Extraction Of Tin From Its Ore is a mineral processing process with gravity solution, as the gravity of the Tin is heavy than the other impurities, so it is an effective and environmental protection solution to concentrate the tin ore.the main process includes three units: crushing---grinding and classifying---coarse washing and fine washing, after the fine washing, we can recover the Tin concentrate, we can get the dry Tin concentrate once the wet concentrate goes through the filter press and rotary dryer.

Process of the Extraction Of Tin From Its Ore /Tin Processing Plant

1: First the Tin ore needs to be crushed with primary crusher and secondary crusher to reduce the sizes suitable for the feeding size of the ball mill, the primary crusher is Jaw Crusher, and the seconary crusher Fine jaw crusher, after crushing and screening, the required sizes are conveyed to the hopper before the ball mill

2: there is an electromagnetic feeder under the hopper which is used to feed the Tin ore to the ball mill for grinding, after discharging from the ball mill, the slurry flows to the spiral classifier for classifying purpose, the oversizes particles will returned to the ball mill for regrinding.

3: the required sizes will be pumped to the spiral chute for coarse separation and to the shaking table for fine separation, we can get the Tin concentrate from the shaking tables.

4: finally the wet Tin concentrate goes to the filter press and the rotary dryer, the dry Tin power is produced.
