Rotary Wood Chip Dryer, also named rotary dryer for wood chips, is used to dry slag, clay and other materials in construction metallurgy, chemical, and cement industries. The machine is made up of a rotating object, various lifting boards, a wheeling device, and support device, and feeding & discharge chute. It features reasonable structure, high quality and low energy cost. Being of excellent workmanship, and it is easy to operate. and a complete drying system generally includes feeding hopper, belt Conveyor , furnace (optional), rotary drum dryer, Dust Collector, and ID fan. with the dust collector, the dust is prevented from entering the environment, meantime it can reduce the product loss.
The wet materials are fed into the material hopper by the belt conveyor or bucket elevator or Screw Conveyor, then the mateiral is charged into the rotary wood chip dryer, and the heat source is fed on the other end, there are lifting boards inside the rotary drum dryer which makes the material is heated evenly and the ID fan is used to pump the wet air inside the rotary drum dryer, meantime with the rotation of the wood chips rotary dryer, the material move towards to the end of the rotary dryer, and the mateiral can be dried when it is discharged from the rotary wood chip dryer.
