Mn Ore Separation or Manganese Ore Dressing Plant is a combined Manganese Separation plant that recovers the mananese from its ore, the pyrolusite is the main resource of the manganese, both Magnetic Separation Process and gravity separation process have been proven to be the effective and acceptable magnanese ore processing plant for the miners. sometimes the flotation method is also used to remove some impurities occuring in the gangue, the mainly process can divided into seveal units: crushing and grinding, manganese separation from its gangue, finally is dehydration and drying process. and the main equipment for manganese mining process are crusher, ball mill, jig machine, Magnetic Separator, thickener and Rotary Dryer . Mingyuan can provide complete Mn Ore Separation with various capacities, such as 30 t/h, 50 t/h and even bigger capacities.
Mn Ore Separation or Manganese Ore Dressing Plant is a mineral processing process with gravity solution, as the gravity of the Manganese is heavy than the other impurities, so it is an effective and environmental protection solution to concentrate the Manganese ore.the main process includes three units: crushing---grinding and classifying---coarse washing and fine washing, after the fine washing, we can recover the Manganese concentrate, we can get the dry Manganese concentrate once the wet concentrate goes through the Filter Press and rotary dryer.
1: First the Manganese ore needs to be crushed with primary crusher and secondary crusher to reduce the sizes suitable for the feeding size of the ball mill, the primary crusher is Jaw Crusher , and the seconary crusher Fine jaw crusher, after crushing and screening, the required sizes are conveyed to the hopper before the ball mill
2: there is an electromagnetic feeder under the hopper which is used to feed the Manganese ore to the ball mill for grinding, after discharging from the ball mill, the slurry flows to the Spiral Classifier for classifying purpose, the oversizes particles will returned to the ball mill for regrinding.
3: the required sizes will be pumped to the spiral chute for coarse separation and to the shaking table for fine separation, we can get the Manganese concentrate from the shaking tables.
4: finally the wet Manganese concentrate goes to the filter press and the rotary dryer, the dry Manganese power is produced.
