Chromite Ore Beneficiation Plant or Chrome Ore Mining Process is a mineral processing process with gravity solution, as the gravity of the chromite is heavy than the other impurities, so it is an effective and environmental protection solution to concentrate the chrome ore.the main process includes three units: crushing---grinding and classifying---coarse washing and fine washing, after the fine washing, we can recover the chrome concentrate, we can get the dry chrome concentrate once the wet concentrate goes through the Filter Press and Rotary Dryer.
Chromite Ore Beneficiation Plant is a Chromite Mining Process that recovers the chromite from its ore, It's a gravity chrome beneficiation plant for chrome concent enrichment, and it has been proven that the gravity method is an effective solution for the chromite separation. sometimes the chromite is liberated at about 6.4mm, then a jig machine can be used for separating the chromite content, and sometimes the chrome is liberated at less than 150 mesh, then the chromie ore needs to be crushed for further separation, then gravity spiral chutes and shaking tables can make it the chrome content to 32-46%, the grade is different for different specifications of the chromite ore, and Mingyuan Heavy Equipment can provide the complete solution for the chromite Ore Processing Plant.
1: First the chrome ore needs to be crushed with primary crusher and secondary crusher to reduce the sizes suitable for the feeding size of the Ball Mill, the primary crusher is Jaw Crusher PE400×600, and the seconary crusher is PEX 250×1000, after crushing and screening, the required sizes are conveyed to the hopper before the ball mill
2: there is an electromagnetic feeder under the hopper which is used to feed the chromite ore to the ball mill for grinding, after discharging from the ball mill, the slurry flows to the Spiral Classifier for classifying purpose, the oversizes particles will returned to the ball mill for regrinding.
3: the required sizes will be pumped to the spiral chute for coarse separation and to the shaking table for fine separation, we can get the chrome concentrate from the shaking tables.
4: finally the wet chrome concentrate goes to the filter press and the rotary dryer, the dry chrome power is produced.
